U.S. confirmed Edward Snowden, a former adviser to the U.S. intelligence service, the social networking site "Facebook" is used by the U.S. National Security Agency "NSA" for the purposes of targeting people who will be watched.
He explained Snowden, who last month revealed "Prism" is the largest U.S. program to spy on the Internet, and the National Security Agency monitors networking sites like "Facebook" and the letters "e-mail" in order to target people it considers a threat to national security.
The adviser added former U.S. intelligence in his interview to the magazine "Der Spiegel" that the National Security Agency allocates people to follow the target and monitor their movements on the Internet, and provide reports setting out the time between it and according to the seriousness of the person observer.
